Today im going to teach you how to make a chinese dish called chicken manchurian the things you will need are boneless chicken cubed, you will also need eggs, soy sauce,black pepper, blended garlic and ginger, salt and corn starch first we have to mix all the ingredients into the chicken then marinate it for 10-15 minutes im going to add.

How to make the gravy now we are going to make the gravy you will need the fried chicken that we made green pepper, onions, spring onions tomato ketchup, corn starch, sugar, black pepper, blended garlic and ginger, salt, red chilli powder, chilli sauce, chinese salt, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce i have water and you need the quantity that you want to put in the gravy i have 3 cups of water if i need more i.
Will add more if i need less i will add less and you will need oil for the gravy the oil has heated and now im going to add the garlic and ginger paste we are.
Going to make it golden brown it has turned a little golden and now we are going to add tomato ketchup and we are going to turn the heat slow mix well we are going to let it cook for a few.
Seconds on slow heat now we are going to add the black pepper and red chilli powder and let it cook on medium heat we are going to put in the salt last because theres salt in the chicken and we added chinese salt aswell we are going.
To put in the chilli sauce and let it cook on slow heat now we are going to add the vinegar and the Worcestershire sauce we already added soy sauce in the chicken so im not adding.
Into into the gravy now we are going to add the sugar and the chinese salt its a really quick recipe its only the chicken that takes time but the gravy is really quick now we are going to add water only add how much you want your gravy to be i have added 2 cups if i need any more i will add.
More now put it on high heat and let.
It cook when it starts boiling then i will tell you what to do next it has been 2 minutes and its starting to boil mix the corn.
